The sole purpose behind crafting the course is to equip students with the knowledge and abilities needed by the modern computing industry. The students are trained on emerging areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Data Science, Data Mining, Big Data, IoT and many more.
The school has established teaching learning practices to train students not only on problem solving skills but also in subjects mentioned above. Students are trained to solve problems efficiently as well as on design skills needed in creating new applications to meet the requirements of industry and society.
M.Tech. course is in high demand because of the increasing demand in IT companies, banking sectors, Robotics, AI, corporate etc. for various unique profiles such as Big Data Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist, Data Analyst, Blockchain Developer/Engineer and many more. We have made a curriculum containing all subjects needed to explore these emerging areas.
Our M.Tech students undertake projects from several reputed organizations such as RR CAT Indore, Soyabean Research Center Indore, DRDO, NTPC, C-DAC, ST Microelectronics, ISRO etc., and private software companies.
The students have opportunity to work on advanced research projects during M.Tech. II year under the guidance of highly experienced faculty. The publications coming out of these research projects have helped students in PhD programmes of reputed foreign universities.
We regularly organize skill development courses, workshops and seminars that help to make students industry ready. We also encourage our students to follow social norms and IT ethics.
Our Alumina are presently serving in top companies of the world. Many of the MTech students are serving IT industries with package of more than 10 lakhs.
